Corner Gas, a slice of small town life. Based on the fictional town of Dog River, Saskatchewan, the stories told are not quite the truth (based on my experiences living in small town Saskatchewan), but there is enough of a germ of the truth to make me smile when I watched this uniquely Canadian program. In this clip, Oscar meets the Worldwide Interweb.
I enjoy travel, sports, music (a dedicated site at http://therealcanadianmusicblog.com/) and anything else that jumps up at me for the moment, which is why I blog. There will be lots of travel posts, pictures and our videos as well as a smattering of sports and humour. I enjoy promoting Canada and am unabashedly a proud Albertan

Oscar and Emma were my favourite part of that show. So funny!
I love finding them. Canadian TV staples. I’d forgotten the Oscar on the internet episode. If they’re on netflix, worth a watch. Some pretty funny gags on there.
