Facebook takes the Face part to a whole new level.  And the Book part as well, now that I think of it.  Don’t know about you, but thinking on their well-known reputation for respecting privacy, it might be time to ditch them.  I still say they stock will be a buy at $4.00.

About John

I enjoy travel, sports, music and anything else that jumps up at me for the moment, which is why I blog. There will be lots of music and travel posts and a smattering of sports and humour. I enjoy promoting Canada and am unabashedly a proud Canuck.

  1. I hate facebook. I already parted ways with them, but I’ll check the link.

  2. Very impressive technology. I think Facebook owning it is a perfect example of “in the wrong hands”.
Glad I deleted my account a while ago, but I think I’ve left such an online footprint at this point that my anonymity is an illusion.

    • I hear you. I’m having problems cutting the ties, thinking the damage is done and can’t cut the losses. I will say that I had a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach when I read this article. Wrong hands is an understatment

  3. And it’s good to see you again.

  4. Ummm…NO THANKS. Would definitely be off FB at that point. I dislike FB more than I like it and I’m sort of in the boat with you, John, with some of my online friends and family, it’s the main way we stay in touch. The rest of the ‘friends’…can’t say that I would miss at all.

  5. I don’t like facebook either. Mainly because it’s boring. For me. I don’t get invited to enough wild parties, probably.

I Would Love To Hear From You
