Remembering David Peaston


R&B singer David Peaston passed away on February 1 at the age of 54.  He had a couple of hits in the late 80’s and early 90’s, earning himself a New Artist of the Year Award at the Soul Train Music Awards.  The videos are of his two biggest songs.

    It is always sad when someone passes away so young.
    I have never heard him sing before, but I loved the 2nd video, a beautiful voice.

  2. Not my type of music, but he did have a great voice.
    You do a great job with the “Remembering” series. I just wonder how many passings go unnoticed…
